The culture is pretty toxic with the hear of toxicity within the HR and executives. They reward loud and mean employees by allowing them to get their way and reward hard working employees by taking away benefits such as free blood panels, tuition reimbursement, and certification/advanced degree pay promised but never seen by employees.
