Pros
They usually work with the latest technology (mostly Microsoft family). There are smart colleagues and more skilled people than your average software consultancy. Since they are small there is little bureaucracy, work is mostly based on objectives and results. Projects are better managed and software engineering there is far above similar jobs elsewhere in the region. Great place for juniors to learn and get experience.
Cons
The commitment from the company to the employee is very scant: only monthly payment and health insurance; no benefits mandated by the country's laws, sense of insecurity, inability to plan a long-term career plan, very little to none opportunities to grow, given the company is very small and horizontal.
