      Pros

      Colleagues are so lovely and welcoming. Beautiful attention to detail and design in creating a "wonderland" for the kids. Lots of nice toys and tools for the teacher to use.

      Cons

      A little understaffed so asking for teachers to take on a lot of roles and extra tasks without providing admin time or non-contact hours.

      -Ok Pay -Management has changed so communication is better now -Co-workers are great -Great opportunity to learn

      Cons

      -Pay is ok but the pay doesn't reflect the workload -The amount of work is overwhelming -Continuous school events that leave limited prep time for your classes -Weekly comments for each student, weekly newsletters, over saturation of sending parents monthly photos and videos for activities and for the month, no good structured curriculum, constant video and photo reports for only the class teacher to complete -You will work a lot of unpaid OT because that is the only way to meet their unrealistic expectations -many SEN students with not enough support
