Thank you so much for the candor and we appreciate that you shared your perspective. On the benefits offerings, we've been particularly excited to have increased our parental leave up to anywhere from 12-20 weeks, provide a number of very competitive health coverage plans to choose from and offer commuter subsidies for all Austin employees to name a few. We know that an ESPP program is not a replacement for a 401k match - but, we are definitely proud that our ESPP is one of the best in class in the industry with a 15% discount and 2 year look back period. Ultimately, we strive to build organizations that provide growth & development opportunities for our Boxers to build amazing careers.
