Great place to work, good work life balance

Nothing bad about the company

• Decent starting pay • Not as busy as most call centers

Unorganized & unprofessional. They have yet to modernize their business. Management is constantly behind on paperwork. Technicians turnover is very high. They do not value their employees. No holiday parties, no company outings whatsoever in comparison to most call centers.
