Horrible Company, Horrible Management - Visitor Services Associate Bowers Museum Employee Review

Everything. The CEO does absolutely nothing except for collect a check. No promotion opportunities. My direct supervisor was completely unhinged, and received complaints from visitors about her behavior almost every day and nothing was ever done. It's not a positive environment to work in at all. High level management is completely in the clouds about everything and it's not about the museum at all, but how to grab as much money from people in a very tacky way. I legitimately had guests pull me aside and apologize to me that I had to work under such a mean person.
