Great training from Mazda to become a certified tech. Owner is involved with the employees frequently. Decent opportunity to continue growth.

Difficult for time off.

Had some good coworkers at least.

No training, nepotism is rampant, if you’re related to a higher up you have free rein to be as shady as you want with customers. Not enough foot traffic to make money. So much drama.
