There are too many cons, which all transpired after the acquisition of Pearson (POLS) by Regent, which transitioned into Boundless Learning. Pearson was not perfect but they cared for their employees. Under Pearson, we had great benefits, a positive work culture and there was a healthy balance between work/family life/ect. Prior to Covid, we were working Hybrid and after Covid, we transitioned to fully remote and were told we would stay that way. Once we were acquired by Regent and started the transition to BL, all of this changed. Benefits were a mess, no severance, no match with 401K, micromanaged, forced to go back into the office 100%...to locations much farther than our former office, yet our team was spread out all over the US. No consideration was given for location or for the fact that many would have to pay daily for parking, which is not fully reimbursed. No tech support as well, the list can go on and on. SOO many layoffs took place of great talent. BL is now left with employees who are overworked and new hires seem young and inexperienced, I assume they are paid less as well. Almost everyone I know who is still working for BL is looking for another job due to the horrible and unstable work environment. Just a mess. Boundless Learning is a Boundless Mess. I do not recommend it to anyone! Please look elsewhere and avoid the frustration!
