Cons
Leads do not listen to you. You take on extra work, only to be slapped in the face with a few cents' raise, while others get much more. When you correct mistakes, you're considered rude and mean. Everyone is more focused on quantity than quality. You get in trouble when you try to fix mistakes, but also get in trouble when you don’t. Jokes often come across as rude or even racist. Leads encourage people to talk badly about those who have been laid off or have quit. No one knows what they’re doing, everyone gives different answers. Team meetings are held, but everything said goes in one ear and out the other; nothing ever gets resolved. Favoritism. No room for growth. They fire long-term, dedicated employees just to replace them with new hires.
