lots of growth happening, so there are growing pains, but it's all in the right direction

There are a lot of great people at Boundless.

Leadership is terrible, their system is terrible, they do not offer support, you have to go out and find it yourself and train the people you hire. Meetings are sparse and you feel alone on an island. The CEO illegally held my commission after I left to work for a new company.
