people were nice, good location,doesn't make up for all the negatives

-THEY DO NOT PAY YOU FOR THE FIRST 4-8 MONTHS.
-all new hires start out on a commission salary (what they are selling is not easily sold)
-Not a real startup like they present themselves as, just a branch off of a larger pyramid scheme of sales teams
-Not given a personal space (desk)
-expected to stand for a 12 hour day,
-no bathroom inside of office,
-was not any kind of marketing position like they advertise, it was a street sales job nothing more,
-cult like company culture (group promotions that you are expected to attend on a Saturday morning gave off Charlie Mason family vibes),
