      Pros

      Perfect platform for fresher's who are need more knowledge about field interested in transformers maintenance and load observation and preventive maintenance of HT induction motors, specially electrical senior manager Suresh sir have lot of knowledge about instrumentation and protection equipment really love to work bothra group.

      Cons

      GET also handle one shift total system, troubleshooting very complicated due in proper electrical drawings,HT panel control wiring completed.
