Pros
HR manager Leo was the only good thing about that place. He seriously held it all together. Now that he's gone, the whole place has gone up in flames.
Cons
This is the highest turnover rate in a clinic I have ever seen. BEWARE. I've observed potentially fraudulent billing! Insurance companies, please audit. False promises in pay! Payroll has been late multiple, MULTIPLE times. W2s weren't sent out on time, and their offer letters do not make it clear to therapists that they will be paid only per billable hour/"treatment time", as the offer letter states, "You will be paid an hourly rate of__", which is not true. Consistently allows for new evaluations to get more money vs. taking care of the patients currently on the schedule and following through with their treatment. Some patients would seriously be bumped down to 1-2 x/month instead of consistent 1-2x/week just so they can get more of your $$$$$. The owner (Kimberly Alquist) is not approachable either, she has people do a lot of her dirty work and does not communicate effectively, help her employees, or provide adequate training. When employees bring concerns to her, she will shut them down and make it very clear that things will go her way. She will acknowledge your presence (if you're lucky) then you'll be told to do something she could have easily done in a second and then walks out, and is usually MIA. Really crap management and communication overall. Therapists are either getting fired with no warning or walking out left and right! What does that say about this company? I'll let you decide. If you care about your child AT ALL, or your soul as a human being, please do not work here or bring a child here.
