Pros
- Nice and professional people - Openness and willingness to improve - as a start-up , they're aware processes are not ideal, but they do their best to improve - Good benefits package - Very promising product - Fully remote work
Cons
- They're not safe: job stability is an issue, as they're a start-up which has recently let 10 people go in less than 1 hour, with no previous information. More might follow. - American style management: business focused, not people focused, despite how it seems at first - Chaotic processes at this point, which can be frustrating - Very imperfect product, contrary to how they advertise it - Ideas come from a limited pool of people and the rest of the production teams bend over backwards to make it happen, even though they're not always the best choice
