The work is very interesting, and you get the opportunity to work on multiple projects at once. You will also get the freedom to work on a variety of projects if you so choose. The staff is smart and accomplished.
Cons
The management in this company is horrible. If you are thinking about joining BSP, I advise you to think again. Very, very toxic work environment.
Management does not value their employees at all. Not only will the CEO yell at everyone, the management will gossip and make fun of their employees. Management lacks open-mindedness and refuses to acknowledge new ideas. As an employee, I did not feel safe or supported working here.
In addition, management will find every opportunity to demoralize and devalue their employees. Even though the managers are middle aged adults, they act like a bunch of junior high schoolers who want to seem cool and will backstab the junior members of the team just to get a laugh.
