Pros
decent benefit, but 2 years ago eliminated PTO carry forward to nothing. 401k vesting is immediate. RSU distribution is handled within department and as such you really have to kiss your bosses butt hard. I might suggest sticking your tongue in his/her butt to get your piece.
Cons
Go Woke, and please Go Broke. Absolutely impossible to get promoted no matter how hard you work or contribute if you don't belong to proper gender and race. You get weekly reminder that you have not added His/Him/Her/She/They (someday maybe this company may allow you to add monkey / cat / apes / dog as an options, then I might choose cat - I love lion).
