Abundance of shifts, management understanding of sickness (often had to go home sick), and kitchen staff got tips.
Cons
Fast-paced, unsanitary, had 1 break in a year working, "boys club" in kitchen, heard 3 slurs spoken multiple times, always held back an hour past scheduled shift, etc.
