Administrative Coordinator - Anonymous employee Boston Medical Center Employee Review

Very political environment where good&motivated employees are often driven out -either by frustration over lack of appropriate response by management in regards to employees who do not do their job effectively, or by the general knowledge that going to HR about these issues garners no real change. There are people in Director roles that have been able to continue a pattern of grossly unprofessional behavior towards employees under them who do not agree to fall in line with questionable choices. Despite employees taking this information (with proof that spans years) to HR, the Director is still there, and employees are still suffering.
