- Management has no clue what is going on with projects and front line workers - Rampant scapegoating for new employees for structural issues -Performance based (very biased) pay increases -No care or structure in space for processing on the job trauma -I got written up for my cat dying-- was told I should have sat in the ER vet parking lot w/my laptop to work during the ordeal.
