I'm not sure if you can count it as a Pro but you will be asked to do a lot more things then your Job Description. I counted the overwork as an opportunity to polish my skills but if you're someone looking for work-life balance, run!

If there was an option for negative rating, I would have given that. Your roles will be changed every other week and you'll be stuck contemplating your life decisions. They don't play pickleball, they juggle employees from one department to another(only if you're lucky) or worst, they throw you out of the company at their will. Layoffs are more frequent here than townhalls.
