Attention to personal development (and the possibility to learn from other in the company in workshops etc.) Good secondary benefits (health insurance, hardship bonus when working abroad, etc.) Can-do mentality Very challenging projects Freedom to make decisions Social company (will not directly fire people in harsh times)
Cons
High (management) pressure on some projects Irregular hours (allthough this can be beneficial at times as well) Reasonable salary when working in NL (becomes more interesting when working abroad) If you don't stand up for yourself, you might be forgotten
