Bose has many growth opportunities and excellent training programs. Management can be supportive and eager to propel you to the next level in your plan, however it needs to be your plan. The company embraces change, so be ready to turn on a dime. Bose can be a fun place to work providing that you're interested in participating. Keep in mind that this is a traditional corporate environment, with standard office politics that you would find anywhere. As you climb into each talent pool, the pools get smaller just as the swimmers in each pool. At a point it's no longer about merit, but how you play in each pool.
Cons
Managers CAN be supportive, however not all managers. Some are insecure, micro-mangers, information hoarders, and down right show stoppers. Trust no one, and CYA.
