      You will work with and under some very talented and knowledgeable people who can help you grow. Everyone holds a passion for Bose's products. Employee discount is generous.

      Cons

      Definitely get a "clubhouse"/(insider vs. outsider) vibe from middle management. Path to promotion is slower as a result of higher retention. Salary is not particularly competitive.
