      flexible work hours, work from home, pension, lots of smart people.

      Cons

      no career development, very few promoted from within, low engagement if you didn't attend MIT, 1% merit increases, poor opportunity for advancement, frequent re-orgs and layoffs.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      Cons

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
