      Lots of freedom, Decent management, 50 percent off of Bose products, retirement plan plus 401K matching, Bonus. Many smart engineers and nice staff, Lots of things to learn.

      Cons

      Audio market has become extremely competitive. You can sense the panic in the management team. Lost of new product developments are happening in short development time. Requirements can change on a daily basis or even worse program can be canceled all of sudden.
