I don't really have anything to offer here.

First 4 months were great, company was doing great

Once the regional PM was hired things nose dived. Entire staff quit. Couldn't figure why the ownership wouldn't address the problem. Strongly suspected something unethical was going on. Then lawsuits started popping up and finally had suspicions confirmed by another former employee. Highly immoral behaviors were going on behind the scenes.
