      Pros

      - Work remotely; manage your own time, and spend time with the family or at the gym instead of commuting. - Great company culture; management cares about the team's happiness and well-being. - Lots of opportunity/encouragement for innovation; there's no bureaucracy, so good ideas can become actual projects pretty fast. - Great benefits

      Cons

      Not a con of the company, but of working remotely; it can feel monotonous at times. Nevertheless, the company encourages and sponsors team meetups at cafes and co-working places.

      Pros

      Great benefits, amazing communication, top-down transparency, attainable goals, premium work/life balance, spot on culture and values, but most of all...amazing people with great energy that make you feel like family.

      Cons

      Remote work can be tougher for some people.

      Pros

      BAM is a a great place to work for as they really value their employees and overall company culture. It has a great time off policy and also flexible remote working hours. There is also many fun events and meetups during the year.

      Cons

      I do not have anything negative to say about BAM.
