Pros
Management communicates companies objectives, news, future plans, quality issues in quarterly meetings for all employees. Work environment is very clean, climate controlled and well organized. Upper management lets employees do their work and do not micro-manage. Tight knit group who celebrates different holidays and has annual pig roast which all employees enjoy.
Cons
There seems to be a disconnect between Borg Indak and corporate company Indak Manufacturing. Borg people say it use to run smoother when was a stand alone company and did not have to go through Purchasing at headquarters. Quotes to customers and getting components to build product is often too slow. Small company so not much room for growth.
