Pros
1) Good leads, they support interns & junior devs a lot. 2) Brilliant CTO & team leads but no support by the rest of the development team due to lack of hiring decisions of rejecting good candidates & accepting low salary demanding candidates. 3) Goodies. 4) Good tech stack.
Cons
1) No vision. 2) Too many features in a project to implement. 3) HR/Director is too lazy that they will send some copy-pasted offer letter of another candidate where you have to change the name by yourself. 4) Very unprofessional management, Don't even update the leave calendar, holidays from time to time, and No access to the previous salary slips at all. 5) Over fast-paced development & lots of interns, and college students working on a project are causing too much regression. 6) Almost all senior devs left because of having to teach basic stuff to interns & burnout.
