Staff incentives, freebies, great if you like cosmetic products. Loads of young people. Loads of roles, easy to move around and try something new adding to a wealth of experience.
Cons
100% on-site, toxic company culture, loads of back biting. Band system similar to the NHS which determines your salary. A senior role will still earn you less than 30k per annum.
