Great discount but poor management in some areas - Customer Advisor Boots Employee Review

I work in a large store* Management in some part are awful, pick on staff members, cliquey, and try to trap young employees into staying in the company, some staff are given more opportunity to progress etc depending on manager (luck of the draw). Pharmacy team are a joy to work with, but senior management and shop floor team in some departments are awful.
