Pros
-Remote work -Company outings -BDR job isn't that hard, especially on the institutional side, you're basically sending messages on the Bloomberg Terminal all day
Cons
-Very little to any internal promotions or growth -The sales leaders are just BDRs who've been with the company for a long time but don't have actual sales training or leadership experience -There is lots of nepotism - everyone is somebody's son/cousin/parent, which is frustrating if you've actually had to earn a job
