Pros

Company Car (Paid for by the employee at around $100 a check) Gas Card Depending on Region, Work/Life Balance is great

Cons

Consistent changes happen here more than with any other wireless carrier. New initiatives are often market-tested for a week and then rolled out company-wide before the kinks are fully worked out. At times, the focus is placed on promoting the wrong products, and then there’s frustration when Gross Activations (GAs) don’t follow. On top of that, the company has even banned long-time, loyal customers for using what it deems “too much” hotspot. And honestly, that’s just scratching the surface.

They pay me on time.

Cons

Horrendous benefits. It's essentially emergency insurance. They pay for very little of it and there is no option besides the high deductible plan. They want to be a modern company while having a culture from the 1980s.
