Fun job, drink making process is very efficient, great working environment, easy to learn the process
Cons
The work is simply not worth how much you are paid, no matter how enjoyable the work is. They employ young workers so that they can be paid very little and the result is a high staff turnover rate when staff realise what they are being paid is not acceptable.
