Great hospital with some very poor leaders - Middle Management Boone Hospital Center Employee Review

When management is around the culture changes. Management insists their way is the only way, will not accept change and laughingly say “we care and want a great work life balance and cooperative environment”. It’s all a load of crap. CEO doesn’t have a clue about his employees, surveys over management that are supposed to be anonymous are not and yes there is retaliation. Favoritism allows multiple managers to disappear during regular hours and then come down on hourly employees for “not calling me so I can tell you what to do”. Well you are unreachable or “making a decision that wasn’t your to make”.
