You will encounter your first 🚩 from the TERRIBLE onboarding and then it only goes downhill from there. This company doesn't place any value or stock in training/empowering/supporting their incoming new staff. Pair that with disengaged and unqualified leadership that base their opinions on their seasoned and often toxic veteran nurses and an extremely toxic work environment hinged on rudeness and gossip makes this place the absolute worst place to work a nurse and arguably to go as a patient.
