Pros
Besides some of the very few good people who ONCE worked there I can't honestly say anything good about this company. It was fun working for a sports related company but that is about the extent of my enjoyment working there.
Cons
I agree with all of the cons that many of the other employees have listed. Overall, this company is a joke x10. There is no work/life balance because the benefits that are offered to you are terrible compared to what other companies offer their employees. Don't take too much time off....don't leave the building for more than 15min...God forbid don't breathe! All they care about is micromanaging and watching over every little thing you do like you're in some type of prison. Policies? Ha! The ones that upper management doesn't follow. Oh yeah those. If you know the right person there or you're a "friend" or "family" member then you pretty much have free reign to come and go as you please. Everyone else....don't even think about it because you WILL be scolded. The pay is ridiculous considering how much work and pressure you have to deal with. Ever heard of a thing called "industry standards". Get with it! Stop paying your upper management 6 figures to do what...sit around while the rest of us actually do the dirty work for you. Wow must be nice. Professionalism? Another term that is nonexistent within this company. I have NEVER in my life worked for a company that could not seem to get it together. No budgets for anything important but they love wasting money on other useless projects like all the business they once had downtown. You made the right choice letting those go. Organization? Another thing that is lacking. Seriously? Is it really that hard? You have hired NUMEROUS people to fill positions that seem to be of no value to this company. Do you have any idea how to even run a company with the proper departments and/or staff? It's not that hard. Value? Also nonexistent. Do you ever wonder why sooooo many of your employees have quit in a VERY short amount of time? Does that not ring a bell? Because you could care less about the talent that you currently posses so you seem to be okay with people quitting or laying them off like its nothing. You really know what you're doing!
