Like in most offices, communication is something that needs to be worked on more. Working a lot with remote teams mean that there are possibilities for miscommunication and meeting creep.

Very open structure, flat hierarchy, a very passionate and talented multidisciplinary team spanning the globe, and the work is interesting and challenging. Flexible hours to a degree.

Some crunch time, but that's hardly unexpected in a tech company. Some processes can be improved upon, but that's already being worked on.
