      Pros

      Tight knit community, occasional happy hour, good health care

      Cons

      Unprofessional, no respect for time off, mostly unpaid interns, very little motivation, terrible communication between staff and upper managment, little to no direction

      Learning opportunities to prepare you for a full time job and equips you with necessary skills that apply to various fields. Great starting place for anyone wanting experience! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and fun!

      Sadly unpaid. (The currency is experience which is still important!)

      Learning the behind the scenes of how a social media page runs. I enjoyed the collaborative environment, we were free to build ideas that we were interested in and get feedback from each other.
