Bookspring is very flexible when it comes to scheduling. They definitely believe that family is important. Training is provided. We are like a family and have lunches together frequently to just laugh and take our minds off the stresses of work. There are many opportunities for advancement. Hard to find the office location if you don't know where you're going. The building is old, so the heating and cooling has trouble keeping up.
