Friendly coworkers, team environment, rewarding work with preschoolers with and without disabilities. Consistent salary all year long, including the weeks off between the end of summer session and beginning of new school year.

Materials were inadequate at times

worked alongside other therapists (loved my coworkers) and the kids were cute. very low functioning but that’s the population I enjoy working with the most. decent pay but terrible health insurance & benefits. no 401k

highly unethical practices, unfair treatment from higher ups, lots of micromanaging
