Pros
The people were great. If you wanted an opportunity, people would try to hand you work from their section whether it was print, digital, marketing, coding. My boss and a colleague even taught me how to code!
Cons
Difficult to get full-time work vs. contract. The company (not the staff in office) treats contractors very separately, they don't get any benefits, nor do they get invited to team building days. Not the best in pay, but probably similar to most media outlets.
