Pros
The people are great and while not all ways of working are figured out which leads to sometimes long pathways before decisions are made, it is a great place to work with people who are genuinely working towards a shared goal .
Cons
Ways of working are in need to be redefined for some areas which is work in progress at the moment with more focus, but surely will be a lifelong task due to many changes.
