7yThank you for this feedback. It is invaluable as it provides us with the information we need to drive change. We’re currently reviewing our processes and taking steps to improve our employee experience.
Part of this is improving management’s capabilities, local management and managers’ behaviour on the work floor. We want to give all of our employees a fair opportunity to progress their careers and we have processes in place to ensure promotions are given fairly. It is important to us that our staff feel they are being recognised for the hard work they do.
As we’re sure you are aware, we are a rapidly growing business, and this has uncovered some challenges in terms of employee resources and internal pressures that we’re working through. We’d encourage you to raise your concerns directly with your HR Business Partner or Regional HR Manager.
