Hi and thanks for your review, it really is appreciated. From the information provided it is hard to comment specifically on your concerns but I appreciate the positives you have raised and I agree with them. If you have any specific concerns about your shift patterns, I would encourage you to speak to your manager or a member of the People Team. I suspect the salary comment may have been auto corrected :-) but I can reassure you that we are looking at pay and benefits all the time (as shown when we launched Perkbox before Christmas). It is always a difficult area to balance but we are constantly looking at ways to improve our overall package. Thanks again Ryan
