Pros

BMG is a fantasic platform - of which I had used before I worked for the company. The business itself is forward thinking, and growing fast both with client base, and market/mind share. The people here are incredible, both those working full time in the office and those out in the field/remote. As much as it is cliché, there is a family atmosphere to the team here and my time here has been a genuine pleasure. Earning potential as an SDR has been decent, although career progression is small.

Cons

Although BMG is a fairly well established business, it has the vibe of a startup. Now this isn't inherently negative, but any employee joining the company needs to bear this in mind, and understand that processes/changes can be reactive rather than proactive. Those that are up for the challenge & happy with working for a rapidly growing business, will thrive at BMG!

Pros

Some of the colleagues were nice and friendly

Cons

This was, without question, one of the most toxic and poorly managed workplaces I’ve experienced. The directors consistently treated employees with a lack of respect and basic professionalism, creating an environment where people felt undervalued and disposable. There was no clear direction for the company—priorities shifted constantly, communication was vague or nonexistent, and decisions often felt reactive rather than strategic. Employees were left guessing about expectations, which made it nearly impossible to do their jobs effectively or feel any sense of stability. Support for staff was virtually nonexistent. Concerns were ignored, feedback wasn’t taken seriously, and there was no meaningful investment in employee development or wellbeing. Instead, the culture was dominated by gossip and negativity, which only fueled an already unhealthy atmosphere. Unsurprisingly, staff turnover was extremely high. Talented people didn’t stay long, and those who did often seemed disengaged or burned out. Rather than addressing the root causes, leadership appeared indifferent to the constant churn. Overall, this is an organization with serious cultural and leadership issues. Without major changes in how employees are treated and how the company is run, it’s difficult to see how it can retain talent or build a positive, productive workplace.
