Pros
Working with the tech team in this company has been very fulfilling. The workload & the hours are reasonable. Compensation is decent & within market rates. You get to learn a lot working here, as you are constantly working on new things. There are no office politics or egotistical colleagues/managers here. The company emphasizes on team collaboration instead of individual talent, hence, everybody here is easy to work with. Honestly, the best place I have ever worked at.
Cons
This is a startup, so there is no template on how to do tasks. Mostly hires seniors, so do not expect any hand holding if working here. Team is small, as the company's philosophy is to be lean.
