Sharing my Glassdoor Review - Appointment Setter Boogie Team Employee Review

I’ve been with Boogie for one and a half years now, and I was one of the first few agents they trusted. Despite having no prior experience in a voice role, I was given the opportunity to grow. With proper training and guidance, I was able to adapt and eventually excel in this field. There was a time when I really struggled in my new role, but they never gave up on me. They continued to support and believe in me. This company is truly a blessing. I truly appreciate how supportive the team is. They understand that growth takes time and always guide you toward becoming better without judgment. Boogie has not only helped me grow professionally, but it has truly changed my life in a meaningful way. Through this opportunity, I’ve been able to support my family and provide for their needs, and that’s something I am deeply and forever grateful for. Working in the convenience of our home has been such a blessing. The setup, along with the weekly pay, has given me both stability and peace of mind. More than that, it has helped me create a healthier balance between my career and my family life. Because I’m working from home, I get to be fully present for my daughter as she grows up. I don’t have to miss the small but important moments and milestones in her life. That’s something I will always be thankful for, because it allows me to grow in my career without sacrificing my role as a mom.
