Pros
The product challenges were exciting, interesting and kept me engaged. I appreciated the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration across time zones.
Cons
While I enjoyed the work and team dynamic, I found the lack of feedback throughout my time at the company frustrating, especially given how things ended. There was little transparency around performance expectations, and the offboarding process was handled poorly, with avoidable mistakes that made the experience feel unprofessional.
