Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to write a review of your life at Bondgate IT. I am sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with how the organisation are treating you. We focus a lot on ensuring that our team are fulfilled and happy in their role. Myself and the rest of the SLT try to create a culture of security where issues can be raised without fear of backlash.

Enlightened managing staff are employee focussed and are knowledgeable on getting the best out of their workforce.
Free fruit, hot and cold drinks.
No issues with payments, robust remediation for employee expenses.

Great exposure to a diverse technical landscape and more than enough opportunities within support roles to get your hands dirty. I'd done a lot of remote support jobs in my career prior to working here but learned the most while being here.
Management are heuristic in their approach to the teams and continually looking at ways to improve where possible, and support team members when needed.
Everyone genuinely gets along and even when we're under high customer demand the atmosphere is good.
Flexible working as and when needed.
Regular bake-offs!
